Cancellation Policy
I will only be requiring deposits on vivids because of what goes into the preparation of them.
At this time I will be requiring ALL clients to enter a credit/debit card at the time of making the appointment due to no shows. Your card will not be charged upon scheduling your appointment.
With that being said my rules are as follows:
•Your deposit will go towards your entire service cost.
• I WILL charge a no show fee of 30% if you book and do not show without speaking to me.
•Cancellations 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded for their deposit.
•No shows or cancellations the day of will not be refunded.
•30 minutes or later is considered a no show unless we have spoke before and I know you are going to be late.
•Cancellations in less than 24 hours will be charged a late fee of 30%.
•You will not be able to book any further appointments without paying the late fee
- I do understand things happen. If something comes up the day of, or the day before your appointment, my messages are always open and I will try to work things out with my clients. Communication is very important to me, and I want to be able to convenience everyone to the best of my ability.
